Improved how patients access and receive virtual care, from onboarding into consultations through to clinician-issued care plans;
Designed more engaging and interactive care plan experiences to help patients better understand, follow and complete clinician guidance;
Increased patient engagement with care plans by improving clarity, structure, task visibility and ongoing interaction after consultations;
Improved the pre-consultation journey to help patients provide symptoms, medical history, photos, ID and pharmacy details before speaking to a clinician;
Helped reduce clinician admin by shifting key information gathering earlier in the patient journey and making patient context easier to review;
Created advanced prototypes to explore, validate and communicate complex healthcare workflows with product, clinical, research and engineering teams;
Improved patient satisfaction by making consultation onboarding clearer, more guided and easier to complete; and

Improved landing page performance, contributing to a 27% uplift in conversions;
Used qualitative research and data-led insight to identify friction in customer journeys and inform design decisions;
Created high-fidelity designs and prototypes to test, communicate and refine new product and marketing experiences;
Worked closely with product, marketing and development teams to improve acquisition, onboarding and customer experience; and
Helped strengthen Manual’s digital experience by balancing user trust, commercial performance and healthcare-specific sensitivity.

Helped establish a user-centric design approach and was involved in creating the beginning of a design system for a new product in development;
