Background

I'm Raz — a freelance digital product and website designer with over a decade of experience. I focus on creating solutions using design. Currently based in London, United Kingdom.

I was most recently working at a subsidiary of Canada's largest communication company in Canada, Telus Health. They provided virtual care for over 1 million Canadian patients across the nation. Before that I worked at a Series A startup, Manual – where I led research and product design for customers looking to better their health and lifestyle.

Before Manual – I was the first design-hire at CharityJob, the UK's leading job board for the third-sector. Matching recruiters to the perfect perfect candidates for their organisation and helping to shape the recruitment process.

Over the years I've worked across a multitude of industries, from small businesses, to startups and corporations. I also dabble in my own projects – Tippy Money was built using weekends, gained traction on social media and then acquired months later.

Interests

In my free time, I like to get my hands dirty with DIY — whether that’s removing a door and framing up a new wall, building a built-in cupboard, or figuring out how something works by giving it a go myself. I enjoy the process of learning through doing, making mistakes, and slowly turning an idea into something useful.
